About the Role:
Join 3D Group as a Commercial Construction-Assistant Project Manager, where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality construction projects. Be part of a dynamic team that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence in the heart of Holmdel, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of commercial construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to resolve issues and promote collaboration.
- Support the Project Manager in managing change orders and contract negotiations.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed.

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

1. Structure the agreement based upon the client project demands. There is cost associated with risk, reduce risk therefore reducing the overall project costs.

3. Maintain a proactive approach to the owners concept, design development, and budget/time restraints.
4. Develop a partnership with the client during project conception, whereas when the client feels anguish, so de we and vice versa. We are there to reduce frustration associated with development or redevelopment.
